*Terms and Conditions of Bridal Gown Sample Stock Sale*

 

1. *Payment Terms*: Full payment is required on the day of purchase, we accept eftpos and cash. No funds or exchanges will be accepted.

2. *No Change of Mind*: All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted due to change of mind.

3. *No Holds*: Gowns cannot be held for any reason. Purchases must be made on the day of trying on.

4. *Condition, Colour, and Size*: Gowns are sold as is, in the condition, colour, and size described. No alterations or modifications will be made prior to sale.

5. *Final Sale*: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.

6. *Alterations*: Alterations can be offered as an additional service if required, at an additional cost.

7. *Dry-Cleaning*: Dry-cleaning is not included in the sale price.

8. *Customer Satisfaction*: By paying for the item at the time of purchase, the customer asserts that they are satisfied with the condition of the item.

9. *Liability*: Strutt Design Studio will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the purchase of a gown.
