Q: How long do wedding dresses take to come in if they are ordered? 


A: Turn around time is 5 months from the date of ordering your gown. 

 

 

Q: How will I know when my dress has arrived in store? 

 

A: One of our team will call you as soon as your gown reaches us, so we can go ahead and book your first fitting. 

 

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to look at wedding dresses?

 

A: Absolutely. Our bridal specialist provides one hour sessions by appointment only. This is because you will have the private bridal area, with seating for your bridesmaids or any special people you want to be a part of your dress searching journey. 

 

Q: Do I need to pay for my dress up front? 


A: Dresses that are being ordered require 50% deposit to be made before the order is placed.Dresses purchased off the rack require a 25% deposit to secure the dress. Payments are to be made fortnightly. 
If you are in the position to pay your dress in full, we offer special discounts where applicable. 

 

 

Q: How long should I leave my alteration appointments before my wedding? 


A: This question has a lot of variables. But to give a guide, we suggest booking your appointment leaving a month out from your wedding date. That is for straightforward alteration needs. 
Weight related alterations are done as close to the wedding date as possible. 
When you book for your first fit we can help give a timeline of when you need to arrange your appointments.
